Refund policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy.

If a MEGAKRUNCH product doesn't earn its place in your kit, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. No hoops, no runaround. Just email us at contact@megakrunch.com with your order number, and we'll take care of it.

Please note: when a refund is issued, access to that product is revoked. Plugin license keys are deactivated, and download access for the refunded product is removed.

Hit a technical or installation snag? Reach out before requesting a refund and we'll do our best to fix it. We build these tools ourselves, and we're glad to help.
