How To Install Your Plugins

The easy way: PATCH BAY, the free MEGAKRUNCH install manager, installs, updates, and activates your plugins for you. Sign in with your megakrunch.com account, pick a plugin, and click Install. Runs on macOS 12+ or Windows 10+.

By hand:

1. Unzip your download. It has a Win folder and a Mac folder.
2. Copy the plugin for your system into the MEGAKRUNCH folder inside MediaCore (create that folder if it isn't there):
   Windows: copy the .aex file to
   C:\Program Files\Adobe\Common\Plug-ins\7.0\MediaCore\MEGAKRUNCH
   Mac: unzip the .plugin, then copy it to
   /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Plug-ins/7.0/MediaCore/MEGAKRUNCH
3. Restart After Effects or Premiere Pro. The effect lives under Effect > MEGAKRUNCH.
4. Apply it to a layer and enter your license key when it asks. Your keys are on your account page.

Your license keys and file downloads are available on your MEGAKRUNCH account page. Just log in or create a free account at megakrunch.com/account using the same email address you used to place your order. Your products, including license keys, will appear automatically.

NOTE: Not all products require licenses to use. If you purchased prior to March 2021, a license may not have been generated for your order. You can request a free license using the license request form here.

Updated Download System

We recently upgraded how products are delivered. If you're clicking a download link from an older order confirmation email and it's no longer working, don't worry, your purchases are safe!

To access your products, visit megakrunch.com/account and log in (or create a free account) using the same email address you used when you placed your order. All of your past purchases will appear automatically, including file downloads and license keys.

If you're still having trouble, reach out to us here and we'll get you sorted out right away.

If you're on macOS, make sure that you're looking at the Adobe folder in your Library folder and not your users folder. You can double-check where you're at by clicking on your hard drive and navigating from there.
